A small operator that runs its own boats

We run guided journeys through Komodo National Park from Labuan Bajo. Our crew are licensed local guides, and the boats are ours, so the schedule bends to the weather and to you rather than to a shared timetable.

One route covers the tri-coloured bays of Padar, the dragons on Rinca, Pink Beach and the manta channel. Day trip or liveaboard, the planning is the same and the briefing happens before you board.

Why people book with us

Four things that decide whether a day in the park is worth the early start.

A guide leading walkers up the stepped trail on Padar Island

Guides who know the trail

Working these routes for years, with deep local knowledge of every landing and viewpoint. They read the tide and the light, not a script.

A wooden Phinisi at anchor off Padar Island

Our own boats

Speedboats for day trips, traditional Phinisi for overnight. Life jackets, radio and a first aid kit on every departure.

A phinisi under sail on empty water in Komodo National Park

You leave before the crowd

Departures are timed so you are on the ridge for first light, ahead of the boats that leave after breakfast.

The sun setting over the water and islands of Komodo National Park

The route is yours

Tell us your pace, your fitness and how long you have. We build the day around that instead of selling a fixed loop.

What we run

Six ways to see the park

Every one of these includes a licensed guide, boat, meals and equipment. Prices depend on group size, so we quote per trip.

The three bays of Padar Island seen from the viewpoint

Padar day trip

Sunrise trek on Padar, Pink Beach snorkelling, the dragons on Rinca and Manta Point. Back in Labuan Bajo by evening.

A Phinisi liveaboard under way in Komodo National Park

Liveaboard, 3 to 4 days

Sleep on a Phinisi. Sunrise and sunset at Padar, longer snorkelling, and dive sites you cannot reach on a day trip.

A couple on the Padar Island ridge at sunset

Honeymoon charter

Private boat, dinner at sunset, a beach with nobody else on it, and a photographer on board if you want one.

A chartered Phinisi anchored in a quiet bay

Private charter

The whole boat for your group. Set your own departure time and swap stops around on the day.

The stepped walking trail at the second post on Padar Island

Family trips

The shorter trail to the lower viewpoint, calm water for snorkelling, and a guide who explains the dragons to kids.

A photographer framing the bays from the Padar Island ridge

Photography trips

Timed to golden hour and the Milky Way. First position on the ridge, and a guide who carries the tripod.

What to expect

How a day with us runs

From the first message to the walk back down. No surprises on the boat.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you want

Message us on WhatsApp with your dates, group size and how much walking you are happy with.

  2. 02

    We send a route

A stop by stop plan with times, what is included and what it costs. Change anything before you confirm.

  3. 03

    Briefing at the harbour

You meet the guide and crew, get your life jacket and snorkel, and hear the plan for the day before boarding.

  4. 04

On the ridge for first light

Padar first while it is cool and quiet, then the water. You are back in Labuan Bajo by evening.

Weather calls are made the night before and again at the harbour. If the sea is unsafe we move your date rather than sail.
